Is Free really free?
Yes. No card requirement and no trial clock. You get 200 credits a month, and Gia pauses billable work when the monthly bundle is used. There is no overage charge.
How long does setup take?
About 10 minutes on average.
Do I need Shopify?
No. Shopify connects natively through OAuth, and custom or headless stores connect through webhooks. You can also get started before connecting a store at all.
I already have a creator roster. Can I bring it?
Yes. Paste it in, upload a file in whatever format you already have, or add creators one at a time. Gia shows you what she parsed and waits for you to confirm. Running it again never creates duplicates.
I already use GRIN. Do I start over?
No. Connect your existing GRIN account and Gia works over the data you already have.
When do I pay?
